Information about the tactile exhibit The Chapel Altar

The National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve Niasvizh is implementing a project to adapt Radziwill Palace in Nesvizh for visually impaired visitors. A tour for visually impaired visitors has been developed as part of this project. The tour includes the courtyard and several exhibition rooms of Radziwill Palace. The Chapel Altar is one of our significant exhibition objects. The Altar's tactile model is used to represent the most complete idea of its shape and decor.

The creation of the Altar's three-dimensional representation, as well as the testing of the new tour, were carried out in close cooperation with the Church of the Holy Trinity Parish's Fellowship in Honour of Our Lord's Transfiguration in Nesvizh Deanery of Slutsk Diocese in the agrotown of Soltanovshchina, and in direct cooperation with Archpriest Oleg Abramovich.
