  • disabled people;
  • WWII veterans;
  • conscripts;
  • citizens performing alternative service;
  • children under seven years of age;

  • individuals with special psychophysical development needs who are receiving preschool, general secondary, specialized, vocational, secondary, or higher education;
  • museum workers.
