Dziady: the soul's story
From December 21, 2021 to March 28, 2022, the exhibition hall of the Archives and Library at Radziwill Palace presents a temporary exhibition Dziady: the soul's story. The exhibition is based on the collections of the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature presented in the form of roll-up stands.
The poem Dziady, Forefathers's Eve, by Adam Mickiewicz is one of the world literature's best masterpieces and presents the images of his homeland, Belarus.
This temporary exhibition describes the values of the poem Dziady, which is based on the Belarusian folklore and folk beliefs, and offers a snapshot of our history, observation of the local everyday life, and, above all, the poem shows the way to the national Belarusian self-identification and self-awareness.
Admittance to the exhibition is free for visitors with tickets to the permanent exhibition of the Palace Ensemble!
